Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 7 days after you have received your item, to return for exchange and/or corrections only.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as, custom wig orders, worn items or bring your own bundle wigs. Please get in contact with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at daneaforte@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or replacement, will not be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have immediately after the return is approved. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified and we will start the exchange/replacement process.
Refunds
We have a NO refund policy. Exchanges ONLY if the mistake was made on Glam House of Forte Inc's behalf. If the product is not the length, size, texture, or color you desired, an exchange or correction will be allowed. Wrong measurements made by customer for the custom unit, it is not the fault of Glam House of Forte and you will be responsible for the remake fee of a new unit. If you need help with measurements please contact us before placing the order.
