Wig reconstruction is the take down and remake of your old unit. This price includes the take down of your old unit, deep cleanse and conditioning of hair remake of unit and styling the unit. Bob wigs can not be reconstructed. If the wig is heavily layered, purchasing an additional bundle is highly suggested!

MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT QUANTITY OF UNITS YOU WILL BE SENDING IN. And please put the correct shipping address that I will be returning the wig to.

Turn around time is 14-21 days. This does not include shipping time. Jump the line service is available for a 5-7 day turn around.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF PURCHASED DURING A SALE, PROCESSING TIME MIGHT BE DELAYED DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND, SO PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT WITH US.

During the reconstruction services you can also request color services for the wig or just for the new closure if your unit is already colored.

THE SHIPPING INSURANCE IS PROVIDED THROUGH USPS TO COVER THE COST OF THE PRODUCT IN CASE IT IS LOST OR STOLEN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
