Shipping policy

All hair and wig caps shipping cost is $8.00. Please allow 1-2 business days to process all hair, ready to ship units and wig cap orders unless stated as pre-order under the description. Once items are shipped, shipping takes 1-4 business days, holidays and weekends excluded. Orders recieved after 3pm, will be processed the next business day.

All custom wig orders, Ready to ship orders and maintenance orders shipping cost is $15.00. Please allow 2-4 weeks to make and process all custom wig orders. Please allow 1-5 business days to process all maintenance orders. Once items are shipped, shipping takes 1-4 business days, holidays and weekends excluded. Orders recieved after 3pm, will be processed the next business day. 

We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your package was lost or stolen in route to you, please contact USPS. Shipping insurance is available to cover the cost of the product. If your package is damaged by USPS please contact them to file a claim. 

Products can only be shipped within the US. International shipping unavailable at this time.
